What Families Are Saying

Almost every day, we receive thank you notes and cards from the families we’ve served. Each of these heartfelt messages means more to us than we can express here, because it affirms the fact that we are doing what we set out to do when we opened the doors of Ferrari Funeral Home, LLC: help families celebrate, honor, and memorialize a loved one with compassionate attentive care, and thorough professionalism. Take some time to read their words – and learn that, every day, we exceed expectations.

John, I just wanted to express mine and my boys appreciation for your kindness and help in getting through this really hard time and process. We couldn't have done this without you.

Thank you,

Lynn C.

At a time of loss and sadness, John was a friend to my family.  He has a deep sense of when to reach out and when to give space.  I knew that I could count on him to ensure that all arrangements proceeded with grace, dignity, knowledge of and respect for religious tradition, and professionalism.  My children were instinctively comfortable asking him questions, which he answered kindly and directly.  His presence was a gift in our lives during a difficult time.  I am grateful.

John, I am so glad that I chose you for my mom's burial. You were wonderful. You made such a trying time much easier and for that, I will be forever grateful. All the little extra things you did were wonderful...helping me with the celebration after the service and for that tribute blanket, they were all so beautiful. I will treasure these memories forever. You are such a kind and compassionate young man. Again I cannot thank you enough.

Love, Dee

We are writing briefly to highly recommend the Ferrari Funeral Home. During times of sorrow, it seems quite difficult to make a referral of this nature. However, once the time does come and you find yourself searching for the best funeral services possible, Ferrari is a must.

Recently our family has suffered the loss of our beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, cousin and friend to many, Dominic Spano. Losing a loved one is an emotionally grueling period and for our family the caring support and services shown to us by John Ferrari and his staff greatly eased the process. Gentility, respect, loyalty and organization are only a few of the terms that come to mind when describing John, Sam and the staff at the Ferrari Funeral Home.

With a meticulous eye for detail, they provided our family with the most personal and loving services anyone could ask for during the grieving process. John took the time to really learn what a great man Dominic was and the calling hours, memorial service, funeral and burial featured all of the beloved personal touches that made him so special to us. All of our family and friends had nothing but kind and adoring words when commenting on the level of service provided by John and his staff. Just the simple act of offering to hang a coat or providing bottles of water seemed heightened because of the amount of care that was so clearly visible. Those were only some of the examples of professional duties that truly highlighted the personal details and care that can be expected from John.

After all of the events concluded, John and his staff still assured each and every member of our family that his services did not end there. He made it known that he would be available at any time for us as a friend, confidant and continued caregiver.

If at any time you, a loved one, friend or colleague should find yourself in need of funeral services, Ferrari Funeral Home is number one on our list.

Thank you John, Sam and everyone at Ferrari for the kindness and care you have shown to us these past few weeks.

I wish to thank you, once again, for your compassionate handling of our mother’s funeral. You made the arrangements so perfectly – including the long distance travel to Allentown Pa., our mother’s hometown, for a burial ceremony for her family there.

All the aspects of the funeral (the wake, the mass at St. Joseph’s church and the burial in Allentown.) were done with true professional care.Your sensitivity and obvious concern for our grieving family was very appreciated.

When a mother departs this earth, even at mom’s age of 100, it is so important that the grieving family can completely leave the funeral to a professional and not be concerned about the arrangements.

Additionally, many of our friends commented on the courtesy and care demonstrated by you and your staff.

Best regards,

Don and Corinne Cazer

I wanted to take a few moments to let you know how special you are and to thank you for making Wednesday's dinner with the Alzheimer's Association board so very special too.

I feel very fortunate to have the opportunity to become personally acquainted with you after the many years that your family's establishment has been part of my family's memories. I so enjoyed sitting with you and listening to your stories.

You are a quintessential person, John, and your hospitality is made all the more special by your wonderful humor and your deep spirituality.

Your generosity was above and beyond. Thank you for everything.
